Sheraton, Cairo 1100 m2 Administrative Didi Group The architecture of the office building is inspired by the firm’s main field of work; excavation works. The design, therefore, follows the ideology of industrialism. The exterior expression developed from the exposed structure of the building that transparently shows the steel elements and concrete slabs. The interior design further accentuates the same style, giving the impression of a rough yet sleekly elegant office building. See Project
North Coast 500 m2 + 1500 m2 Residential Alma Alma lies in a dreamy location in close proximity to the sea. The blue that surrounds the interior of the Copper House calls for a calm atmosphere that is enjoyed in every corner with the eyes. The use of light shades contrasted with accents of blue in addition to the copper elements give to the space the necessary quality to allow the inhabitants to feel that they are in a cosy atmosphere and warmth, within the middle of the sea. North Coast 700 m2 + 2000 m2 Residential Earthling This one-storey summer house is a modern and laid back retreat. Based on the natural context of the project, the materials, colors, and textures to be used in this house were chosen; an earthy tones palette that mimetize the nature of its surroundings, a landscape that responds to the native, in a few words respect for the natural. This will give the inhabitants the feeling of being grounded and comfortable in the house. See Project
Mohandeseen, Cairo 1000 m2 Administrative AL Hanove The richness and elegance of the interior of this office mirror the unique and exclusive services offered at Al-Hanove Agency. The interior pairs the vintage style with modern day elements. In the main office, the use of Chesterfield sofas and arm chairs, complemented with the wooden flooring gives off an authentic experience. In the reception area and the offices, the use of luxury gold and play of light adds dynamism to the experience of the place. See Project
Ring Road, Cairo 1100 m2 Administrative Malvern This high-end office at Malvern School is designed to exude a premium and timeless feel. The space has a clean, warm, and unique appeal which distinguishes itself through the simplicity of its materials. White marble, leather fabrics and wood work perfectly together to bring that simplistic and elegant style that the office needed. Cairo Festival City 1800 m2 Residential Emerald House Emerald House features a contemporary style with its furniture and objets d’art. The house is almost gallery-like, while still maintaining the comfort of a living environment. This is achieved through the diverse treatment of the walls from wall panelling with artworks to marble encasing. The saturated colour palette of the interior are balanced with the expansive, open floor-to-ceiling windows that gives breathing space to the art collection and introduce very specific furniture pieces that have their own voice within this space. New Cairo, Egypt 600 m2 + 450 m2 Residential volute house Composed of considered details, materials, surfaces and finishes, the home is a balance of sophistication and restraint. The two-storey massing is designed to allow for a bold yet humble presence. The architecture of the house extends through the site, forming intimate outdoor and indoor spaces. The volute staircase is one of the most prominent features in the house acting as a functional container of life. Each space in the house has a special flair, with openings that allow for various connections to the outside, and thus the surrounding nature. See Project
